Vagabond goes mainstream! Ish…

We proudly present an excellent line up for your perusal at Glasgow’s finest venue, Nice’N’Sleazies…

Traquair and the Tranquillizers:

traquairFollowing five albums and four e.p.s as a solo artist, singer songwriter Stewart Traquair’s latest venture sees him fronting Traquair and the Tranquilizers. A three piece consisting of Craig Rae on bass and ironically Craig Rae on drums.

Having survived an early coup to call the band ‘Traquair and the Craig Raes’ and to even change his name to Craig Rae, Traquair and the the Tranquilizers have gone onto to channel 60’s psych, post punk and angular blues for the analogue minded. Come and testify.

The Chinaskis:

the_chinaskisFun and booze-loving rocky power-pop band from Glasgow, Scotland. Influenced mainly by alcohol, literature, film, music and the unflinching desire to wind you up.

The Craig Hughes Two:

craig_hughesCraig Hughes is an alt.blues/roots performer from Glasgow, Scotland whose music is influenced by outlaw country, contemporary folk and the darker side of electric and acoustic blues. A string of acclaimed recordings and live performances have led to a formidable reputation as a guitarist/singer/songwriter. Accompanied by Ally Tennick as the Two as well as chief box banger and percussionist.
